Bug Blitz 10

The Argosy Casino in Kansas City Missouri had a bug and VW infestation June 5, 1999. But this was welcome, and even planned. The show was held by the MOKAN Volkswagen Club, and was an event to behold. There were 53 classes, a Bug Blast stereo competition, large awards presentation, and even Santa Clause ventured out into the heat to show of his 1977 VW Sleigh. The sleigh won the Bug Blast competition, as well as a class category, of which I am unsure. Below are pictures of many of the cars at the show, but not nearly all of the 60+ participants.
The show was great, and being the first show I have entered I was please to come home with a Best In Class, it might have been the Under Construction class but it was a class!
